SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently offer FREE shipping within the UAE on orders above AED 250.

A shipping fee of AED 15 applies to all orders below this, which could vary according to courier and region – charges will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

For our customers in Europe, it typically takes 7-10 working days for delivery; and 5-10 working days for deliveries in the Middle East. We appreciate your patience and will work on improving the speed of our delivery! Please allow some extra time if ordering over weekends and public holidays.

We are able to offer shipping outside of the UAE upon request.

We appreciate that you may at times want to try scents before you buy them in 150 ml bottle – you are very welcome to order a Starter Kit which contains 20ml of each of the five scents in our range. Find out more about our Starter Kit here.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We have every confidence that you will love your Laundrette products. However, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we are happy accept it back within seven days providing the item remains unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

You will be charged AED 10 if you require a courier collection to return an item; or you may return any unused items directly to our office – free of charge.

Any items for return need to be approved and confirmed before a refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.

Please note, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any sale items or discounted purchases.
